Steps. Create a letter/word with a spline tool, add a extrude object change the parameters so that gives it some round caps and a reduced depth. I think the default is 100cm. Then you need to add some glass texture to the object. Then you add the sphere object, add a luminance material, then add a variation shader (with effects of the dropdown menu) then turn up Gradient Blend to 100% Change Gradient mode to Replace and turn down Random Colour. Then go into the dropdown of the gradient to get more colours -- and load colours. Then add an emitter and allow it to be a parent of the sphere, (must check Show Objects in the particle tab of the Emitter) the let the produce the spheres. To control this, add a cube behind the glass letters. and add a compositing tab to the Sphere to hide it from the camera. move the emitter to the box, so the sphere emitter to the box, you must make them dynamic, the box must be a collider body and the sphere must be a rigid body so the emitter must, emit into the box, you've got to make the box parametric, then go into polygon mode and delete the top panel then allow the spheres to fall into it, so we can control it. change colours if you want. must switch of the traffic lights for the box.
