Steps. add a plane (increase the segments) and a collision deformer, add platonic to the colliders tab, change the solver to intersect, in object mode change the falloff to the collider, this will enable a curve editor, you can change the spline in the curve editor to ripples this will, in turn, create the ripple effect that you can see, but only when you drag the platonic objects into it.
