Steps. Add a torus, then add a displacement effector to it, then go into the shader tab of the effector and add noise after adding this you need to go into its properties and change the noise type to nuke, after this, you need to go into the Object tab of the displacer and adjust the hight mine is at 73cm, you also need to adjust the geometry in the torus, my ring radius was triple digits, and the rest of the ring and pipe segments were double digits. I then added a metallic bronze material, then duplicated the torus, added it to an atom array, which you can't really see. but it added a pipe geometry that protruded, the displacer geometry. Then I moved on to the middle sphere, which is two there's one is a glass/diamond material over the top of a luminant sphere to get some added refraction from the sphere inside it which is much smaller - almost the size of a marble-, the is yellow with a specular in the color channel and a few tweaks here and there. Like turning up the brightness quite high. I also added glow into it. Then a feature I only just began to used was Magic bullet looks inside the render settings, then it opened up into a HUD which, I could add this interesting filer to this is why has the lens flare, there was not a camera in the scene originally.
